About Shipping
When your E3iO's gaming pc or custom computer has completed all stages of construction and is ready to be shipped to your destination, you can determine the estimated time to ship your order. This will depend on the shipping company (UPS) and the method chosen by the customer, and the estimated times are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Prices may change without notice. If you need to change your shipping method or change the delivery of your order, you must contact our sales specialists to handle your request properly. Important: these requirements will depend on your order status.

E3iO's gaming pcs and custom computers are assembled by hand with an exceptional care, to ensure high quality control of parts and components, subjecting them to stress tests, and extreme multitasking performance. For these reason, we consider ourselves to promote the evoltion of custom computers.
Our production time includes only business days, and excludes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The estimated time may be determined after your order status change to "building"

About Returns & refunds
- All E3iO sales are final. This means the customer cannot return the custom gaming pc or custom computer by due to dissatisfaction. If your system is damaged when you receive it, you have 24 hours after delivery confirmation to report the damage, but no refund will be made until E3iO is able to assess the situation. Remember when you are purchasing a custom gaming pc or custom computer, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and should know that you will not be refunded due to dissatisfaction. This policy is in place because the construction of our custom systems is made according to requests from our customers in a personalized way.
- If the customer refuses to receive the system, E3iO will be charged to your credit card automatically with a 30% restocking fee as a penalty for reentering the product to our inventory. We do not refund the initial shipping cost, wich will be charged to your credit card for the shipping back to our warehouse. The remainder of the total bill will be refunded.
- If the customer has to return the system by defects or problems with hardware. E3iO gives 30 days from delivery of your system (Inside USA) to return it at no cost. E3iO will pick the system up at home, but before you must consult with our specialists. They will explain the next steps for the shipping company to return the system to our warehouse. Once the prodcut reaches our facilities the system will be reviewed by E3iO engineers. They will confirm part numbers and put the system to test, if the engineer determines there is a hardware problem, we will replace the damaged component or if necessary, replace the entire system. E3iO will then send your custom computer to your home intact with free shipping (Inside USA).
- After 30 days from delivery of your system (if you have a problem with the hardware or some malfunction in the system, send the system back to our facilities), the customer must pay all the shipping costs without exception.
