After the system E3iO has completed all stages of construction and is ready to be shipped to your destination, you can determine the estimated time to ship your order, this will depend on the shipping company (UPS) and the method chosen by the customer, the estimated times are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Prices may change without notice, if you need to change your shipping method or change the delivery of your order the customer must contact our sales specialists to handle such a request, these requirements will depend of your order status.

The E3iO systems are assembled by hand to an excepcional aesthetic, to ensure quality control of parts and computer components, subjecting them to stress tests, optimize its components at peak performance and that our customers enjoy the evolution in the next generation of desktop computers.
Our production time include only business days, not including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, the estimated time may be determined after your order status change to "Building"

About Returns & refunds
- All E3iO sales are Final, this means the customer cannot return the system by dissatisfaction, If receiving your system is damaged or has any damage, (in this case you have 24 hours after delivery confirmation, to report the damage) but no refund will be made until E3iO determined. Remember when you are purchasing a system, you agree our Terms and Conditions and should know that will not be a refund by dissatisfaction, and remember it is because the construction of our systems is made according to requests from our customers in a personalized way.
- If the Customer refuses to receive the system, E3iO be charged to your credit card automatically 30% restocking fee as a penalty for reentering the product to our inventory, we do not refund the initial shipping and will be charged to your credit card for the shipping back to our Warehouse, the remainder of the total bill will be refunded.
- If Customer has to return the system by defects or problems with your hardware. E3iO gives 30 days from delivery of your system to return it at no cost. E3iO will pick the system at home but before you must contact with our specialists which will be explained there the next steps for the shipping company return the system to our warehouse, to reach our facilities the system will be reviewed by E3iO engineers confirming part numbers and put the system to test, if the engineer determines there is a hardware problem, replace the damaged component or if necessary replace the entire system. E3iO sent to your home the system completely stable with free shipping.
- After 30 days from delivery of your system (if you have a problem with the hardware or some malfunction in the system, and then you have to send the system back to our facilities) the customer must pay all the shipping costs without exception.
